1. Gently wipe off dust and dirt on the surface with a dustpan or a damp towel.
2. If you pull on the flower, it may come loose. Please handle it gently. In the unlikely event that a part comes off or is pulled out, please apply bond to the missing part and insert it back in.
3. Depending on the material, color migration and discoloration may occur. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Washing in water is not recommended as it may cause color fading, deformation, or rust.
5. Avoid using the product outdoors where it is exposed to direct sunlight or strong lighting, or where it is exposed to rain or wind.
6. Do not place the product near heaters or other appliances. Doing so may cause fire or deformation* discoloration.
7. Although we take the utmost care in packaging, please make minor adjustments if the shape of the product is unnatural.

Since we share inventory with other e-commerce sites, there may be cases where items are out of stock.
Missing items will be cancelled and only items in stock will be shipped.
