*Please be sure to contact us in advance by inquiry box or phone within 7 days of receiving the item when returning defective items.
*Please send back the defective item(s) by Sagawa Express Pay-on-Delivery.
*We do not accept freight collect from shipping companies other than Sagawa Express.
*Please mark the defective part and attach a copy of the delivery note when you return the product.
