中国の縫製工場などのネットワークを開拓。
その後北京市内にてkanako inoueのファッションショーを行う。
日本帰国後は，企業デザイナーとして活動。
2014年3月10日に株式会社カナコーンを設立し、
オリジナルブランドcanaco_をスタート。
またその傍ら、手縫いやものづくりの楽しさを
一人でも多くの人に伝えたいと、リメイクレッスンや
手縫い教室も開催。※現在休止中
