グリーンオリゴクレース（Oligoclase、灰曹長石）は、長石グループの斜長石（プラジオクレース）に属する鉱物で、ナトリウムを主成分としカルシウムを少し含みます。白、灰色、淡黄色、グリーン、青など多彩な色合いがあり、透明度が高くきらめくものは宝石として人気です。
また、オリゴクレースは「サンストーン」の母体となる鉱物として知られていますが、アベンチュリン効果（ラメのような輝き）を持たず、かつ透明度が高く美しい緑色を呈するものは非常に珍しく、宝石として扱われます。
