器と料理、お互いの色のバランスが決めて。同じ丸皿でも、掛かっている釉薬や生地の違いによって、まるで印象が変わってきます。強い色、ざっくりとした器にはダイナミックな盛付。はんなりとした器、やさしい色合いの器には、繊細な盛り付けをお勧めします。
強化土とは、陶土・磁器土に独自の強化粒子を添加、原料を細かく粉砕して密度を上げ破壊源となる大きな粒子を取り除いています。また、生地と釉薬の膨張率を調整して焼成しております。普通土よりも1.5倍〜2倍の抗折強度があります。
