What Is Hana Coffee?
Hana Coffee is not a [flavored coffee] designed simply to enjoy the scent of flowers.
We use Guatemalan coffee beans with a mellow, distinctive character.
By infusing these beans with the scent of edible flowers and then roasting them, we’ve added a new dimension to the coffee’s natural aroma, sweetness, and aftertaste.

We don’t simply add flowers—we reinvent the coffee.
In the production process, we infuse the green beans with the aroma extracted from edible flowers, then carefully roast them.
Our goal was not to create a coffee that “smells like flowers” the moment you take a sip.
Instead, we use the floral aroma as an ingredient, layering it over the coffee beans’ inherent floral notes, fruitiness, and sweetness.
By doing so, we reconstruct the flavor into something that could not have been created by coffee alone.
Rather than making the flower the star,
we use the flower to bring out a new facet of the coffee.
That is MuuCOFFEE’s [Flower Coffee].

Osmanthus
By layering the soft, sweet aroma of osmanthus, we’ve made the sweetness of Guatemalan coffee even more mellow.
The floral aroma transforms the impression of sweetness, resulting in a smooth, gentle, and rounded flavor.

*Hana Coffee Osmanthus primarily uses coffee beans from Guatemala. However, depending on the availability of coffee beans and the condition of the floral aroma*, we select beans that pair best with it, so the origin* may vary depending on the season.
