| It is a dish that makes me feel as if I am a better cook. In Mino, I encountered various kinds of pottery, but what I fell in love with at first sight was this deep engraving on a kobiki (powder-coated) dish. This is a basic deeply carved Koubiki seven-sun dish. While I was thinking of dishes that would go well with this dish, Yamagata cherries arrived from Radish Boy, so I started with a quick serving of them. I wouldn't recommend using a microwave oven, though it's not a problem if it's just for warming up. I would also ask that you wash it by hand. Please dry it well before putting it away. 美濃では色々な焼き物に出会うが、一目惚れしてしまったのが、粉引き（こびき）の器に施したこんな深彫り。
ベーシックな深彫りの粉引き七寸皿。これに合う料理を考えているうちに山形のサクランボがラディッシュ坊主から届いたので、まずそれをざっと盛ってみたのだが、悪くないね。
電子レンジはお勧めできませんね、温め程度なら問題はないですが。洗いも手洗いでお願いしたいです。よく乾燥させてからしまってください。
