Description
Taken on Sunday. For this Oribe [shippiki] standing dish, I Sushi would be good for this Oribe's [shippiki] standing plate. I went to the sashimi corner of the supermarket I bought saury aburi (broiled saury) at a supermarket and made it. I tried to make it by watching and imitating. I thought I had learned how to make sushi in a men's cooking class, but I just couldn't figure out how to make sushi. I can't remember how to make sushi. I can't remember how to make sushi. That's because I only learned how to make [I had only learned how to make "temari-zushi" in the class. The way the rice is lined up from the side is a bit odd. But it goes well with the container. Even a bad nigiri looks tasty in its own way. I am going to enjoy nigiri-zushi with this plate during the New Year's holidays. |

この織部の「しっぴき」お立ち皿には、
お寿司がいいだろうということで、
スーパーの刺身コーナーで
サンマのあぶりを購入し握ってみました、
見よう見まねで。
男子料理教室で習ったはずが
どうしても寿司の握りかたを
思い出せない。
それもそのはず教室では
「手まり寿司」しか習ってなかったのでした(笑)
横から見ると米の並び方があれれですが、
器との相性すごくよいです。
へたくそな握りもそれなりにおいしく見えます。
正月はこの皿で、握り寿司三昧です。
