Lay the stainless steel plate in the hollow of the earthenware pot and place the ceramic plate on top of it. *Care Instructions* *Note*. After use, remove the stainless steel plate and ceramic plate and wash them. If the stain on the stainless steel plate is difficult to remove, use a cleanser to remove the stain. (The ceramic plate is made of ceramic, so do not use cleanser. Do not use cleanser, etc., as it may scratch the ceramic plate.)
