[ceramicproductinformation]
Each piece of pottery is made by human hands.
Conditions during firing are constantly changing, such as temperature, humidity, and the way the kiln is exposed to the fire depending on the location of the kiln.
Therefore, there are individual differences in color and texture even when fired in the same process.
In addition, since pottery is mainly composed of clay, it absorbs water and develops a certain "flavor" after repeated use. The stains and penetrations that appear after repeated use are called "the scenery of the vessel.
Please enjoy the differences in the appearance of each piece of pottery.

*Pottery is generally highly water absorbent, so before use, it is recommended that you apply a "sealing treatment" to prevent stains and odors.

To prevent stains and odors, please follow the following steps.
1. Fill a pot with enough rice brine (or water and potato starch or flour) to cover the bowl.
2. Put the pot on the fire and boil over low heat for about 20 minutes after boiling.
(*Gray spots may appear on the entire surface of the vessel, but this is due to the water permeating the vessel and will return to normal when dry.)
3. Allow to cool as it is, then rinse with water and dry thoroughly.

Before*After use
Soak the bowl in water before each use to reduce the possibility of food juices, oil stains, and odors adhering to the bowl.
If you leave the bowl soaked in water after use, it may absorb dirty water and cause stains, mold*, or odor. Please be careful.
After use, wash with a soft sponge and dry well before storing.
