| *Hari Tatsuo* Japanese male writer* Born in 1974 in Tottori Prefecture. Lives and works in Osaka. Studied under manga artist (late) Taro Nakajima since childhood. After graduating from high school, worked for a local design company. While engaged in design development for tourism development, he also worked on store design and planning in addition to design. In recent years, he has been creating prints on the theme of poems written by his elder brother, the late singer-songwriter Masayoshi Hari. *Art Frame *[Sorairo Boshi] is a heartwarming original story based on the music of the late singer-songwriter Masayoshi Harima, and created by his younger brother, illustrator Tatsuo Harima, who expanded the world view. The main character [Ma-chan] travels with a violin and plays beautiful tones to bring even one more smile to people around the world. 幼少の頃から漫画家（故）中島たをに師事。高校を卒業後、地元のデザイン会社に就職。
観光開発のデザイン開発に従事する傍ら、デザインの他に、店舗設計やプランニングを数多く手掛ける。近年では、兄であるシンガーソングライター（故）畭正義（はりまさよし）の遺作の詩をテーマに版画作品を発表。

■「空色ぼうし」は、シンガーソングライター（故）はりまさよしの音楽をもとに、弟であるイラストレーター「はりたつお」が世界観を広げつくり出した心あたたまるオリジナルストーリです。
主人公「まーちゃん」は、バイオリンを持って旅し、世界中の人々の笑顔を一つでも増やす為に、美しい音色を奏でます。
旅先で、まーちゃんの音色に引き付けられた小さな動物達と共に、笑顔を届けに今日もどこかでバイオリンを奏でます。
