*Washing = Machine washable at a water temperature of 40°C or less. (Please use a laundry net when washing.) Ironing=Moderate temperature (140°C to 160°C) with a limit of 160°C. *Depending on the timing of your order, some items may be out of stock even if they are in stock. Please understand this in advance.
*We do not accept returns for customer reasons other than product defects.
*Items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please note that we will purchase the product from the store if it cannot be picked up by the customer. (This is not the case if the product is different from the contents of the order, defective, or damaged.)
