[Nambu Ironware]
Nambu ironware is an iron casting that has been manufactured in Iwate Prefecture since ancient times.
In Kinane, iron kettles and tea ceremony utensils made using traditional methods are attracting attention, and practical cooking utensils are also being made using new methods.

The "kinki-stopper" technique, in which an oxide film is formed on the inside of an iron kettle to protect it from rust, originated in Nambu ironware.
