Description
| This Gozen zabuton is recommended for those preparing for the Obon season or for those who have purchased a new Buddhist altar. The surface is made of rush and the reverse side is made of gold brocade, making it reversible and suitable for use throughout the year. It is made of Japanese rushes (produced in Kyushu). Each strand is thick, with a thick outer skin and fine fibers, making it resilient and durable. Rigusa has a natural purifying effect on the air and regulates humidity. It is also stain-resistant, and as it is used, it changes its color to a golden brown, giving it a distinctive taste. The rush grass is treated with hiba essence.
