Colored glaze
Colored glazes are often uneven.
Even glazes of the same color can vary in color intensity due to differences in location in the kiln.
Since glaze flows from top to bottom, the glaze will be thinner around the edges and more likely to accumulate at the bottom.
The lighter the color of the glaze, the more likely it is to be unevenly colored, but it is difficult to say for certain because of the compatibility of each with the fabric.
