| Kinsei (money envelope) is ideal for memorial services* and other occasions. The type without lotus leaves can be used regardless of religion. Yellow and white mizuhiki are mainly used in the Chukyo and Kansai regions. In the Buddhist ceremony, it is believed that a spirit becomes a Buddha after 49 days, so "Gobutsumae" is generally used from 49 days. Three strips of tanzaku are included: [Gobuse], [Gobutsumae], and [Gokoroku]. You can also write directly on the body of the envelope without using tanzaku.
