| Minamigama is a major production center of Mino ware In the eastern part of Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, in the mountain town of Dachi The company produces mainly Oribe, Shino, Kohiki, Akae, and Annan-style Kuresu-e pottery by hand. The company is a manufacturer of handmade ceramics. *Manufacturer Kudo Kou 1966 Born in Dachi, Toki-City, Gifu Prefecture. After completing the Tajimi City Ceramic Design Institute in 1991 Worked for the family business, Minamigama Studied under his father, Rikuo Kudo Certified as a traditional Mino ware craftsman in 2005. |
