Description
| Seasonal coloring [Shikisai Cloth]. Tokuoka, the highest quality cloth among tenugui, is used. This bleached fabric is also used for yukata (light cotton kimono) and jinbei (a type of light cotton kimono), and is characterized by its light and smooth touch. The fine texture allows even delicate patterns to show well. The dyeing method is the traditional "hand printing. A pattern is made for each color and dyed by hand. Because it is dye-dyed, the texture of the tenugui is not lost. *Four Seasons Cloth Tenugui*[New Year's Sunrise (January)][Plum and Bush Warbler (February)][Hina Matsuri (March)][Moon and Cherry Blossoms (April)][Carp Streamer (April) [Carp streamers(May)][Hydrangea(June)][Star Festival(July)][Fireworks(August) [moon viewing (September)][persimmon (October)][autumn leaves (November)][Christmas (December) Click here for a list of Maeda Dyeing Company tenugui hand towels Introduction of tenugui by series *Shikisai Cloth*: Color the Seasons *Yamato-e* Boldly expresses Japan *Kaiun-tei* Long-selling lucky charms *Nuno Atsume* Tenugui hand towels in stylish bottles [Souvenirs / Inbound] |
