Description
What is a roaster... A heat-resistant roaster used to heat tea leaves to make hojicha. Tea leaves are placed in this and heated on a stove to make hojicha. In addition to tea, it can also be used for ginkgo, salt, sesame, soybeans, coffee beans, etc. Tea leaves can be taken out from the end of the handle, making it easy to fill the kyusu. Tea that has become old and has lost its flavor can be roasted in a hojiko to restore its delicious taste. Freshly roasted hojicha has a more pronounced aroma*sweetness*delicacy than commercial teas.
