Description
special feature (e.g. in a magazine) Post* Performance A new area where art, theater and dance intersect In this special issue, we will introduce a new criticality in today's art. The special feature is "Post*Performance," a situation in which performance expression that can have a new criticality in today's art exists in multiple layers, We will examine these expressions from various angles. The term "performance," which has been used in the context of art in the past, has a wide range of meanings, It is not possible to speak of it in a single sense. For example, in the past, the term "performance" has been used in the context of art, but also by participating in the actions initiated by the artist, The body of a third party itself becomes the work of art, as the individual's physicality is separated from the artist. The work becomes a work of art in itself. In the "Post*Performance" series, works that emerge in a limited time and space, or works that are created in a limited space and time, or works that are created in a limited time and space, are featured, The special feature "Post*Performance" looks at the thinking of artists who present works that emerge in a limited time and space, and works that use performance and the body in art museums. At the same time, it also explores new forms of expression that are attracting attention in the field of theater and new attempts in theaters. The goal is to rediscover the way of looking at these forms of expression.
