The bottom (outgoing) pocket can be removed and used as a portable pocket. Smaller portions of your medications in a zipper bag and stored in the pockets. Pocket has a gusset. The vinyl in the pocket is UV-cut (UV-protection). The chuck bag has a different height of the mouth of the bag, making it easy to open.
