[Instructions for use] (1) Remove the contents from the package.
(1) Remove the contents from the pouch and slowly peel off the paper separator.
(2) Hold the remaining paper separator and apply the pad so that it protects the wound.
(3) Remove the paper separator, press down on the entire pad, and apply it firmly.
(4) Gently remove the surface film one side at a time from the blue cut line toward the outside, and press the entire film down to adhere to the skin.

【使用上の注意】
・使用は一回限りです。
・湿疹、かぶれ等のある場所には使用しないでください。
・皮膚の弱い人、お肌に合わない人は使用しないでください。
・防水目的の使用後(お風呂、シャワー、水仕事、プール等の後)は、すみやかに取りはずしてください。
・パッド部分が濡れたり、又は汚れたまま放置するとキズの治りが悪くなりますので貼り替えてください。
・滅菌済みですので個装袋を破損しないようにご注意ください。また個装袋を開いたものはすぐにお使いください。
・本品の使用により、発疹・発赤、かゆみ、かぶれ等の症状があらわれた場合には、使用を中止し、医師又は薬剤師に相談してください。
・小児の手の届かないところに保管してください。
・直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しいところに保管してください。
