*About shipping*.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Since we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Please note that there may be cases where the shipping process will be later than the delivery date.

*Shipping charges
Shipping is free except for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
Shipping fee for Hokkaido: 3,200 yen. Shipping fee for the main island of Okinawa: 4,000 yen.
For islands, please contact us.

*Regarding oversized delivery*.
Products with [Oversize Delivery] in the product name will be delivered as oversize delivery, not as regular delivery.
The shipping company will contact the consumer directly regarding the delivery date, so please discuss the delivery date with the shipping company.
A cell phone number that can be used to contact the shipping company is required.
The shipping company will contact you approximately one week after shipment.
Depending on the arrangement with the shipping company, delivery on Sundays and holidays is possible.
Delivery will be made under the eaves of the roof.
Please confirm the frontage size and delivery route in advance.
Cash on delivery (COD), time specified, and cancellation after shipping arrangements have been made are not acceptable.
In the unlikely event that the product is not delivered on the scheduled delivery date and has to be re-delivered due to the consumer's absence, we will charge an additional fee for re-delivery.

We are unable to send a delivery note with your order due to the different shipping location.
If you need a delivery note, we will send it to you by e-mail.
