Preservation method: Storage Method: Keep out of direct sunlight, high temperature and high humidity.
Storage Precautions: Chocolate may crack when stored at temperatures above 30°C (86°F), and the fat and oil contained in the chocolate may rise to the surface and harden to white when cooled.
