*[IMPORTANT] When ordering both pre-order items (or items awaiting delivery) and items for immediate delivery*.
If you order a pre-order item and an item for immediate delivery together, the following will apply.

1. If the pre-order items (or items awaiting delivery) will arrive within 7 business days

2. In the event that reserved (or waiting list) items do not arrive within 7 business days
If there are items priced at 20,000 yen (tax not included) or more for immediate delivery, we will ship them first.
We will ship the reserved items in installments as soon as they arrive (shipping costs will be borne by us).

If the amount of items available for immediate delivery is less than 20,000 yen (tax not included), we will ship the pre-order items in one package as soon as they are in stock.

If you wish to return an item, please confirm the following before doing so.

1. For the convenience of the store (wrong delivery, defective product received)

Please return the item(s) to us by [freight collect (preferably by Sagawa Express)].

2. For the customer's convenience (wrong product image, wrong order, etc.)
