| This is Agni's confidence work! A lunch plate for children. Free imagination, various arrangements, make mealtime more fun! The "Children's Lunch Plate" is studded with geometric patterns. It is a material that can be transformed into various shapes depending on the child who sees it. Yesterday, it looked like a soft raindrop, but today it is an endlessly expanding planet in the universe♪ The world of imagination is as limitless as the universe itself. 1.[ Natural moso bamboo ]. The moso bamboo used for agney* tableware grows to a large size in a very short life cycle of 3 to 5 years. There is no need for excessive afforestation, which destroys the ecosystem, or the use of pesticides, which can lead to environmental pollution. Bamboo is a natural eco-resource that can be used repeatedly and efficiently with a minimum amount of land. It is one of the effective ways to utilize resources to stop deforestation, which is one of the causes of environmental problems* and global warming. 2.[ From Material to Cultivation Management ]. Since its establishment in 1988, agney* has purchased a bamboo grove of approximately 18 kg in Jiangxi Province, China. We cultivate* and manage approximately 1.5 million bamboo trees on our own. After lumbering* and basic molding at our local factory, the bamboo is finished and molded* coated* engraved* and delivered to the customer at our domestic factory in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, all under our own management. 3.[ Processing Technology ]. Bamboo, which is more than twice as strong as ordinary wood, has tended to be avoided in delicate machining processes. agney* has reviewed all aspects of lumbering and processing technology from the very beginning, and through a process of trial and error, has been able to create the beautiful lines and delicate forms that we see today. 4.[ Natural Coating LOHAS COAT ]. LOHAS COAT is a proprietary coating technology that has been proven to inhibit Escherichia coli* and Staphylococcus aureus* through the synergistic effects of paint containing natural green tea and phytoncide, which is a natural element of bamboo. *We do not guarantee that the coating will be permanently effective against all bacteria. 5.[ 6-layer coating ]. We have applied a proprietary 6-layer coating that penetrates to the inside of the bamboo so that the tableware can be used in the same way as ceramic and glass tableware. (Coating conforming to the Food Sanitation Law) It can be used with dark-colored food such as wine, coffee, and oily food without any problem. 6.[ Dishwasher safe ]. All agney* tableware is dishwasher safe. All agney* tableware is dishwasher safe and can be washed with a mild dishwashing detergent just like ceramic and glass tableware. * Use only in hot water at temperatures below 70°C (158°F). * Dishwasher detergents containing bleach * abrasives, etc. are not suitable for use. agney* の食器に使われる孟宗竹は3〜5年というとても短いライフサイクルで大きく成長します。生態系を壊す過度な植林や、環境汚染につながる農薬の使用も必要ありません。竹は最小限の土地で効率よく、繰り返し利用することができる天然エコ資源。環境問題・温暖化問題の一因である森林伐採を食い止める有効な資源活用法の一つです。
2.【 素材から育成管理 】
agney*では1988年創立より、中国江西省に約18kgの竹山を購入。およそ150万本の竹を自社で育成・管理をしています。現地自社工場にて製材・基礎成形の後、埼玉県越谷市の国内工場で仕上成形・塗装・刻印、お客様へ届くまで、全て自社で管理しております。
