*Please do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use. Doing so may cause accidents or damage. *Use the product on a flat surface with no unevenness. Failure to do so may result in damage.
*The product may be slightly warped due to its manufacturing process. Please be careful not to use the product in a warped state, as it may be damaged.
*White patterns, spots, and minor chips may appear during production, but there are no problems with the product. There is no problem with the absorbency of the product.
*Please avoid using detergents that contain surfactants. It may cause clogging.
*If the absorbency is reduced, it can be restored by scraping it thinly with sandpaper.
*It dries naturally, so there is no need to dry it every time, but occasionally drying it in the shade in a well-ventilated place will prevent mold from forming. We recommend drying in the shade for two weeks in summer and once a week in winter.
*Avoid drying in the sun, as it may cause warping.
*Due to the characteristics of diatomaceous earth, chips and trace amounts of powder may appear on the surface, but there is no quality problem as they are naturally produced from the ingredients.
*Do not soak it in hot or cold water for a long time or pour a large amount of hot or cold water on it. It may cause deterioration or damage.
*Please dry the product well after use before storing it.
*If it absorbs colored water, it may remain as a stain. When used as an aroma stone, the oil pigment may adhere to the stone and not be removed. *The color is resistant to color fading (migration) under normal use, but please note that color fading (migration) may occur in rare cases if the product is rubbed or left wet for a long period of time.
