| Oni grater with a wooden handle for rough grating of daikon. The blade and sun are made of bamboo. [It is said that the name "Oni Oroshi" (meaning "devil's grater" in Japanese) comes from the fact that the bamboo blade looks like the teeth of a devil! This means that this product is the real Oni Oroshi! Rough grated daikon has less water, so it does not lose any nutrients and is a highly nutritious grated daikon. It is also crunchy and delicious!
