Description
This seasoned ponzu vinegar is made by pressing whole yuzu citrus fruits from Kochi Prefecture, Japan's largest producer of yuzu, and adding bonito and kelp dashi (kelp dashi). The bottle is packaged in a container that allows the liquid to flow out only as much as the bottle is pressed, making it easy to pour a small amount on top of the bottle. |
