This coffee is grown in the central part of Papua New Guinea, in the Simbu Province, the highest coffee production area at 1,800 to 2,200 meters. The coffee varieties grown in this area are mainly Tipika, the oldest of the Arabica varieties, and there are no hybrid types. The coffee is finished with a city roast and is characterized by a pleasant, chocolatey sweetness on the palate. *Simbu means "thank you" in the local language.
