豊年を祈り、疫病退治・悪魔祓いとして舞う獅子舞（ししまい）をデザインした風鈴です。

江戸時代中期、長崎よりビードロ師がガラス風鈴を江戸に伝えました。当時、ガラス製品は非常に貴重なものでだったそうです。その後、江戸の問屋が技術を習得し、江戸中の庶民にもガラス風鈴が親しまれるようになりました。
創業大正四年 篠原風鈴本舗が文献にもとづき名付けた「江戸風鈴」。本製品は同工房で一点一点手作業で作られています。
