「おかか」は風呂敷ひとつで旅をしている「さすらいねこ」である。顔はブサイクでどこか情けない。失敗ばかりのダメねこだが、一生懸命ひたむきに生きている。
● 生まれは、横浜中華街・路地裏。オスねこ。年齢不詳。
● 風呂敷の中身は、組み立て式釣竿と鰹節2本。
● 好きなものは魚だが「いつかクジラを！」とたくらんでいる。
● 嫌いなものは「意地悪ネズミ」と「カニ」（カニは挟まれて痛かったから）
● 主な移動手段は歩き・鳥。
