菜十木ゆき:1973年、東京都生まれ。ピーターラビットの本に出会ったのをきっかけに、イギリスへの撮影旅行が恒例に。春・秋の年に2回、各1ヶ月ほど牧場に滞在し、動物たちの写真を撮るという生活が10年余り続いた。絵本に登場する動物すべてを撮るという目標を前に、あと少しというところで病に倒れる。2016年没。
