*Regarding delivery time
Orders received by 12:00 p.m. on the same day will be shipped within 3 business days.
Orders received after 12:00 pm will be shipped on the 4th business day.
For pre-order items, we will ship as soon as they arrive. Please understand that there may be a delay due to manufacturing conditions or other reasons.

*Regarding inventory control
We pay close attention to inventory control, but there is a possibility that different sales may occur due to shared inventory with other departments.
If you are out of stock, we will check the stock situation or restocking if you contact us.

The color of the actual product may differ slightly from the way the image appears depending on the shooting environment and your monitor.

*About Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns due to reasons beyond our customer's control, such as size mismatch or difference from the image.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or stained, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it.
