2.手の甲を右手は上、左手は下にして、ネットの両端を持ちます。
3.8の字になるように、ひねりながら左右を寄せます。
4.右側の輪を、左側の輪の裏側に重ねます。
5.左手で二重になった所を持ち、右側の輪を手前から重ねます。
6.三重になった輪を両手でしっかりと持ちながら形を整えます。
7.ゴムバンドをたたんだネットに通して固定してください。 フックもゴムバンドで固定してください。
※たたむ際は、両手で円の左右をしっかりと持ってください。手が滑ったり、放したりすると、本品が勢いよく広がる恐れがありますのでご注意ください。
