| IH-compatible aluminum-clad three-layer steel two-hand pan made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata, Japan. The body is made of SUS430 (stainless steel) + aluminum + SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel) triple-layer clad with an overall thickness of 2.0 mm, boasting outstanding durability under any use, whether for household or commercial use. The lid and handle are made of SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel), which, unlike resin parts, hardly deteriorates over time. The thickness of the lid is 0.8 mm. The handle is also riveted without welding, making it even sturdier. In other words, all parts are made of aluminum-clad triple-layer steel + 18-8 stainless steel, so they can be used for generations and TOWA (forever).
