*If items with different delivery dates are ordered together, they will be shipped together with the item with the slowest delivery date.

If you wish to have your order shipped separately, please let us know when you place your order. In that case, please understand that shipping charges will be incurred separately for each shipment of items with different delivery dates.

Please note that we also trade products outside of this website, and therefore, there is a possibility that an item may be out of stock at the time of order, even if it is listed on the website. In this case, we will contact you and cancel your order. If you place a large order, please contact us in advance to ensure that we can arrange for the product.

Orders received after 9:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day. (Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Friday will be processed on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.)
