Description
| This soup bowl is made of thinly milled Japanese maple wood. We carefully selected the white part of the maple tree bark and accented the rim and base with a vivid color that brings out the whiteness of the tree. In addition to the surprising lightness of the bowl, the height of the bowl has been raised to make it easy to hold and use for everyone. The gently warped edge and the tamabuchi finish, which leaves the rim fuller than the rest of the bowl, provide a smooth feel in the mouth and prevent the soup from dripping out. |
