Description
| This is a thick basque fabric with a firm, thick texture. It is a familiar fabric that has appeared many times in Audience. The Basque shirt is said to have originated from a T-shirt used by fishermen in the Basque region, which straddles Spain and France. We have introduced the BSQ jersey as a motif of the Basque shirt many times. The jersey is made by washing and passing water through the fabric, which makes it more durable and more comfortable to the body. The reason why it was loved by fishermen who deal with nature may be because of that. The BSQ jersey material that has been loved by Audience for many years is now available in a new crazy pattern starting in the fall/winter of 2019. We have been working on various items from BSQ jersey material in the past, but this new crazy pattern has a big impact by using all the colors and patterns of BSQ jersey. The crazy pattern is reminiscent of vintage clothing [BORO], which is full of joints. Since it is made of basque fabric, a boat neck is also used for the neck. One side of the hem has an affixed pocket like that of a smock shirt. Elbow patches are attached to the elbows, an essential part of the sewn-together image. We recommend this cut and sewn shirt with the smell of the good old days of seams. |

スペインとフランスにまたがるバスク地方の漁師が愛用していたTシャツに由来したと言われるバスクシャツ。
そのバスクシャツをモチーフに作られたのが、BSQ度詰め天竺と幾度となくご紹介させて頂きました。
洗濯などで水を通すことで目が詰まり、より耐久性が上がり体に馴染んでいきます。
自然を相手にする漁師たちに愛された理由はそう言ったところからでしょうか。
Audienceで長年愛され続けているBSQ天竺素材から、クレイジーパターンが2019年秋冬から新作で展開です。
これまでもBSQ天竺素材から様々なアイテムを手掛けてきましたが、今回の新作はBSQ度詰天竺のカラー展開や柄を余すところなく使用したインパクト大のクレイジーパターンです。
継ぎ接ぎだらけのヴィンテージ服［BORO］を思わせるようなクレイジーパターンです。
バスク生地ですので、やはり首元はボートネックを使用。片方の裾脇には、スモックシャツに付くような貼付ポケットが付いております。
継ぎ接ぎイメージでは欠かせない、肘にはエルボーパッチも付けております。
継ぎ接ぎの古き良き時代の匂いのするカットソー、おススメです。
