下駄（二枚歯）の履き方
鼻緒の前緒にピッタリ指の股を合わせて履きがちですが、そうすると指の股が痛くなってしまいます。前緒より1センチ程開けて手前に足を乗せる感覚で履くのが◎。
お好みで大きめ、小さめなど履き方の個人差はありますが、踵が台から2〜3センチ出るのが和装履物の適切なサイズです。
下駄の歯は中心よりもやや後ろに並んで付いているので、踵が少し出るくらいの方が歩きやすいです。
