Description
| A 3X concentrated cooking sauce made with a rich flavorful extract of bonito dashi to create a cooking sauce with depth and extension of flavor. The flavor of bonito is even richer than the existing 2X concentrated version. We use plenty of carefully selected bonito flakes and combine them with kelp broth to create a cooking sauce with a deeper, richer, and more extended flavor. |
