It will damage the coating. *Use a wooden, bamboo, or resin spatula for longer use. *Adjust the heat according to the contents of cooking and other factors. Use a medium flame or lower to prolong the life of the coating. [Care] *Do not use bleach, cleansers, abrasives, or non-stick sponges.
