Thermacraft's [TOTE] earthenware pots have low water absorbency due to the Thermacraft process, so there is no lingering smell of soup stock and very little risk of mold. It is because of the Thermacraft earthenware pot that you can cook mizutaki the day after cooking a pot of curry. Having an earthenware pot that you can use every day without hesitation will greatly expand the range of your cooking. Another great point is that you don't need to "stop the pot", which is indispensable for new earthenware pots, and you can use it right away! The [TOTE] M, Oval, and Shallow M sizes are size 8 for one or two people, the perfect earthenware pot size for a two-person home.
