FAT magazine 2020 SPRING SUMMER "Flux" IN PARIS

The Tokyo Olympics are finally coming. Four years after the Olympics, Paris may be in the midst of a construction boom like Tokyo is today.
Street fashion and topics to be documented on the streets of Paris, a city with a rich history, in anticipation of the 2024 Paris Olympics. This is the fourth issue of the magazine by fashion brand FAT, which spontaneously transmits information, rejecting the commonly accepted editorial matter and tie-ups.
This time, the stage is set in Paris, where the deceptive spirits of the mountains and rivers are likely to be found next to those of Tokyo.
We have tried to create pages not with the fashionable Paris we see in fashion magazines, or the Paris of our dreams, but with the trashy Parisian scene that makes a good sound with its down-to-earth street and stinky breath. The fat, American-casual, streetwise FAT and Paris, where everything is high-end with a deep history and great modes and maisons. These two keywords, which are not so dissimilar, react well with each other. You can enjoy this kind of thing page by page in this one issue.

What is *FAT?
A street brand in Harajuku that has been around since 2002. It has a nationwide network of flagship street stores. It features casual and work-hard styles and silhouettes linked to American culture, including skateboarding.

*What is FAT magazine?
FAT magazine is a magazine that shoots in a certain city in the world directly related to the season's theme, digs for interesting stories in that place, and creates pages with more seasonal stories and spots as background than existing magazines.
Each issue is shot in a different city, and each city is photographed and covered in its own way. We aim to create a seasonal page structure that is directly connected to the local streets, as if we were a street brand, rather than a travel magazine or a media outlet that only publishes rehashes of the same old stuff.
