*About sold-out or out-of-stock products
*Most of our products are ordered after receiving an order, so there is a possibility that the product is sold out or out of stock even if you have placed an order.
We are careful to update our inventory, but we ask for your understanding in advance.
*We will check the inventory in a timely manner, but in the event that an item is sold out, we will take the following actions.
*If you purchase only one item and the item you ordered is sold out, we will cancel the order as sold out.
*If you purchase multiple items and some of the items are sold out, we will ship only the items that are in stock.

*About shipping charges
*If you order both pre-order items and in-stock items at once, we will ship the in-stock items first. In this case, shipping charges will be incurred for each delivery.
If you wish to have the items shipped together, please be sure to mention in the comment box that you wish to have the items shipped together.

*About the delivery note
*We will send you a PDF file of the invoice after the shipment.
We do not enclose it in the package.

*About the transaction
*After placing an order, we will send you an important email regarding the delivery date, etc. Please be sure to check your email.
