Fishermen from the sea put freshly caught seafood in a wappa (crook), & nbsp; add miso, sake, and water, and throw in a stone baked over a bonfire & nbsp;. Wappa-ni started as a side dish for lunch. Here are some of the vessels for this dynamic dish to be savored on the beach.
