| This eco-friendly handmade paper is made by craftsmen using fibers from the bark of an alpine plant called lokta, which is found in the Himalayan Mountains at altitudes of 3500 to 4000 meters. Unlike machine-made paper, each sheet has its own expression, and the paper has a taste that changes with the passage of time. It can be used widely as wallpaper, lampshade material, wrapping material, etc., depending on your ideas. Rokta is a fibrous plant, and handmade paper made from rokta is a very strong handmade paper. A portion of the proceeds from this handmade paper is used for the education of children who are unable to attend school through STEP FORWARD-NEPAL (NGO).
