2色の釉薬を丁寧に塗分け、間を開けることでことで生地の質感を残しました。
3色が柔らかい表情をおりなしています。
泥状の粘土を石膏型に流し込んで固めた圧力鋳込み技法で成型しています。技術力が高い瀬戸の石膏型ならではの成型法です。やや深みのあるお皿です。
パスタやカレーなどの一品料理やハンバーグなど洋食のメインディッシュに最適です。
