*Please make sure that there are no defects in the product when you receive it.

If there are any defects, please inform our staff in charge of the defects within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will exchange the defective item(s) or process the return. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.

*Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been in our warehouse for more than 7 days.

If the total amount of items available for immediate delivery and the total amount of pre-order items is less than 20,000 yen, shipping charges will be incurred for each item.
