Description
| Mino-yaki pottery vessels from Mino, a pottery production area. This pottery is made by painting the unglazed ware with indigo colors using the "Sometsuke" technique. The glaze is then applied on top of it and fired. Unlike overglazed vessels, the indigo color has depth and blends well with the surface. The indigo pattern on the beautiful white cloth looks like snow. The 27cm square, large and flat shape makes it suitable for sashimi, sushi, etc., as well as for salad platters, pasta dishes, etc. It is also recommended as a salad plate or pasta dish.
